Returns Policy

Items in stock; means we have the plaster mould/design to manufacture the plaster product “made to order”

All gypsum PLASTER products are made to order AND all sales are final. Please note that we will not be able to specify the exact time of your delivery. We deliver from 9am to 6pm weekdays. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that there is someone to receive the order/delivery. If you miss your delivery, you will be charged again to reschedule. All our customers are notified beforehand about the delivery date.

Deliveries fill up very quickly, therefore we recommend that you book your delivery as far in advance as possible, to ensure you get your order onsite when you need them.

Please note that all deliveries are to “the door step” only and cannot be carried onto site or upstairs. It is the customer’s responsibility not the driver’s to ensure that the materials are moved from the door step if required.
